In my practice, I aim to create a warm, trusting environment where clients feel safe to explore more about themselves and whatever challenges they may be facing. I have experience working with clients who are struggling with anxiety, grief, self-confidence, life transitions and career exploration issues.
If you have been feeling stuck, overwhelmed or want to make a change and don't know where to start, I aim to support clients with understanding what might be keeping them from moving forward and then assist them with taking steps toward what they want.
I take a solutions-focused approach, helping clients identify strengths and strategies to work toward desired change. I also work with clients to become more comfortable noticing their inner world (thoughts, feelings and beliefs) in order to build self-trust and confidence when making decisions and taking action.
While therapy is not always easy, it can be incredibly rewarding and affirming. I appreciate the courage and vulnerability that reaching out for help can take, and I aim to help clients feel less alone and more empowered by working collaboratively to achieve goals and discover greater self-confidence.
