What
Join a six-week group exploring mindfulness-based strategies to help reduce feelings of stress and overwhelm as well as develop more self-compassion. This group is open to anyone who is interested in learning more about how to create a daily mindfulness practice or how to incorporate more mindfulness-based strategies into daily life.
Group sessions will cover different mindfulness-based techniques in order to help slow down racing thoughts, reduce rumination, build and maintain a greater sense of inner calm, increase feelings of appreciation and gratitude, and more.
Groups will also provide a space to discuss the benefits and challenges of developing more present-moment awareness.
**Group therapy is typically covered by insurance. Please check with your insurance provider to see if your plan offers coverage for group therapy.

When
This group runs for six weeks, starting January 14, 2025. There will be a group held on Tuesdays from 6-7 p.m. and another group held on Thursdays from 12-1 p.m. Please join the group session that is best for your schedule.

Each group session will take place online via a HIPPA-compliant teletherapy platform. -
